**Summary**
We are looking for a leader who is passionate and will lead and grow a team of developers, maintain a positive team culture that promotes learning and collaboration. You will shape the team roadmap with product management to help execute projects with various stakeholders and provide high-level technical direction to the team to sustain development and operational excellence.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensure that products deliver business value, are completed on time, have high quality, and minimize technical debt
- Ensure that deliverables are self-certified before going to QA and customers
- Work independently and be able to complete assignments with mínimal assistance from others
- Follow all team operating agreements including code coverage, peer code review, and test driven design
- Participate in all agile ceremonies including stand-ups, grooming, demos and retrospectives
- Stay abreast of industry trends and offer suggestions for applicability within our products or processes
**Qualifications**
Successful implementation of object-oriented analysis and design techniques.
- At least 6 years comprehensive knowledge of Visual Studio,.NET Framework, MVC/MFC, C#, VB, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
- At least 4 years experience with Angular, jQuery, AJAX, JSON, WebServices, and other client technologies preferred.
- Solid, analytical debugging skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation and requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline)
- 6+ years of.NET experience in professional software development
- 4+ years of Angular experience
- Experience Programming knowledge with webcam and credit card reader
- HTML Canvas and video processing
- Experience building Javascript Widget
- Advanced API Integration eCommerce (Stripe, Authorize.Net, or other Payment Processing)
- PWA, Ionic framework
- IIS v7+ Azure Notification, Geofences
- Microsoft Azure Platform (setup and manage all aspect of Azure)
- Advanced JSON/XML data management and processing
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
