**Responsibilities**:

- The agent is will answer inbound and outbound calls from customers who are subscribed to different newspapers around the U.S.
- Utilize knowledge base and training to answer customer questions and needs accurately.
- Attempt to collect past due amounts.
- Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements.

**Job Requirements**:

- Call center experience.
- Must have a good work history and positive attendance.
- Fluent English.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Typing Level - 25 WPM (words per minute)
- Ability to multitask.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Commission

**Salary**: $4,000 Unlimited Commissions.

**Salary**: From $4,000.00 per week
