El Líder de Calidad del Sitio es responsable de monitorear e impulsar mejoras en la calidad de los productos y componentes producidos en el sitio. Esto incluye establecer objetivos, garantizar que los componentes y productos actuales cumplan con las especificaciones, implementar y mantener controles e impulsar mejoras continuas en los productos y procesos.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência: 5+ años preferidos en ingeniería, gestión de proyectos, operaciones, calidad, desarrollo de proveedores.
- Educación requerida: Licenciatura en administración de empresas, ingeniería o campo relacionado.
- Experiência en empresas de giro similar.
- Inglés avanzado.
- Visa y pasaporte válidos.
- Conocimiento profundo de: Sistemas Hidráulicos, Mecánicos y Eléctricos.
- Procesos de producción, incluidos el mecanizado, la soldadura, la fabricación y el montaje
- Experiência en Lean Six Sigma.
- Sólidos conocimientos de sistemas y procesos de calidad.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Implementar la hoja de ruta de calidad y el plan de implementación para el sitio.
- Liderar y gestionar el proceso de gobernanza del equipo de calidad interno y del sitio, el producto y los productos producidos en el sitio. Supervise y realice un seguimiento del progreso de los defectos mediante la revisión de la información interna del cliente, la garantía y los informes de condiciones de llegada, y mediante la realización de auditorías y evaluaciones formales.
- Trabaje con otros líderes de equipo de calidad de productos y gerentes de servicio para monitorear la calidad de los productos y componentes producidos en el sitio.
- Supervise continuamente la calidad de los componentes y productos suministrados y fabricados internamente para verificar el cumplimiento de las especificaciones.
- Monitorear y abordar continuamente los problemas emergentes, al tiempo que garantiza que los proyectos/problemas más importantes se identifiquen a través del proceso del Equipo de Calidad Interno y complete esos proyectos de manera efectiva en el menor tiempo posible.
- Ser el punto de contacto para las comunicaciones de calidad relacionadas con los productos y componentes construidos en el sitio con las partes interesadas internas.
