Operations Manager-mx

Responsible for managing plant operational resources to ensure the safety of team members. Establish strategies to meet and exceed the plant's budget, coordinating the different departments to take advantage of resources and achieve the established KPIs. Achieve the objectives of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and morale, as well as resolve problems and setbacks that arise in order not to impact our clients.
Functions
Develop and implement the plans and activities of the operation, manage the plant's capacity in terms of equipment and personnel, and attend to customer requirements to ensure that production is met in the required mix and quantity.
Ensure that the different support areas provide the necessary support so that the production program is 100% fulfilled, avoiding downtime.
Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies to improve indicators (scrap, efficiency, quality, and delivery) so as not to negatively impact the plant's financial costs.
Coordinate with the Industrial Engineering department on the standardization of manufacturing processes in order to ensure productivity and product quality.
Contribute to the launch of projects and new businesses in order to achieve profitability and efficiency.
Evaluate and improve the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of the processes to ensure their continuous improvement.Perform their functions with the highest quality, promoting productivity and continuous improvement to ensure the sustainability and development of the business.
Participate in the validation of training and training plans for department personnel for the correct fulfillment of assigned activities.
Show total intolerance to unsafe acts and conditions and be committed to complying with policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and environmental care.
