**Continuous Improvement Specialist **supports the delivery of operational excellence in Global Business Service including effectiveness and efficiency benefits realization to the business by partnering with operational teams to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities. Embed the culture of Continuous Improvement and promote an ongoing shift of mindset to constantly solve problems, innovate and find the best ways of working.
**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**
- **Collaborate with the Global Business Service and Business teams **to identify, analyze and implement improvement opportunities.
- ** Leverage the right Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies **to facilitate and manage improvement deliveries from Global Business Service teams.
- ** Support in the design, deployment and roll out **of Regional and Global Service Excellence and Continuous Improvement programs and strategies.
- ** Facilitate the local adoption **of new ways of working as required.
- ** Produce data, metrics and visuals to provide visibility **to track and evidence effectiveness and efficiency benefits realization and continuous improvements initiatives progress.
- ** Conduct and facilitate ideation and problem-solving workshops **with cross-functional teams as well as to facilitate face-to-face and remote training when required.
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering/Business-Related field.
- 4-5 years of related work experience
- Skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent level of English
- Preferred: Certification in any CI methodology (Lean, TPS, Six Signa), preferable with demonstrated experience in leading and completing transactional transformations (administrative processes)
