**The role**:
**What you will do**:

- Develop and maintain advanced data analysis models using Python and R.
- Manage and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Implement and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Develop algorithms and techniques to identify behavioral patterns in data.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical solutions.
- Interpret analysis results and present findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
- Use advanced statistical and mathematical methods to solve business problems.
- Participate in process improvement projects through data analysis. Present results for management in English and Spanish.

**What we are looking for**:

- Academic background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, and engineering.
- Ability to abstract and obtain relevant information through data analysis.
- Experience in identifying and analyzing behavioral patterns in data.
- Experience in data processes and ETL methodologies.
- High level of data abstraction and analysis.
- Proven experience in using Python and R for data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Perform information extraction algorithms, scrapers, and web crawling to collect data from diverse sources.
- Deep knowledge in applied statistics and mathematics.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management.
- English intermediate, advanced is a plus.
