**Objective**
Play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This role focuses on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures.
**Main Responsibilities**
- The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- Create change management strategy for strategic projects.
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Coach and accompany Project Sponsors, Process Owner and Project leaders to successfully execute change and manage resistance, as part of sponsor roadmap an coaching plans.
- Integrate change management activities into project plans.
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Manage the Change Management portfolio and change load.
**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Innovation, Psychology.
- Change Management Practitioner.
- Experience Required: Project Management, Design Thinking Communication skills, Executive presentations - desirable.
- Skills: Assertiveness and Courage, Influence and Persuasion, Global Perspective, People Development, Strategic Vision
- Languages Proficient English
