RESPOSABILIDADES: Técnico electromecánico con enfoque en SMT/OLAS es responsable de dar soporte técnico al equipo de Manufactura ejecutando Mantenimientos Preventivos/Correctivos a las maquinas de SMT/OLAS para hacer cumplir los requerimientos de Producción en tiempo. Dentro de las responsabilidades esenciales esta Mantener al 100% el mantenimiento preventivo y la calibración del equipo de SMT, Proveer el soporte técnico necesario y el mantenimiento correctivo para mantener la productividad y eficiencia en el área, Analizar y resolver técnicamente las situaciones en las que el equipo de SMT presente problemas para producción. Trabajar en equipo con sus compañeros para construir, mantener y reparar equipo de ensamble incluyendo máquinas CNC, tornos y máquinas convencionales. Ejecutar análisis de fallas y encontrar errores de ensambles que resulten en una mejora en el robustecimiento del equipo. Realizar cambios de modelo y set-ups. Entrenar operadores de equipo. Tener habilidad y conocimiento para la programación de equipo utilizando el software de PLC’s

Experiência y requisitos

CALIFICACIONES MINIMAS: - técnico Electromecánico o Electrónico - 3 años de experiência en mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo con equipo Universal de inserción. (Radial-8, VCD-Sequencer 8, Dip Machine) - 3 años de experiência con equipo de SMT (DEK screen printer, Equipo de SMT Assembleon, Equipo de SMT ASM). - 3 años de experiência en hornos de reflujo y soldadura de ola. - Habilidad para leer y entender diagramas electrónicos y neumáticos. - Conocimiento y uso de equipo de medición. - Uso y aplicación de sensores fotoeléctricos, inductivos y transducers. - Conocimiento y uso de PC. - Lectura de manuales en inglés -nível básico - Mantener y Participar en los programas de Seguridad de la empresa. - Mantener y mejorar el sistema de gestión de calidad en su área con un enfoque en análisis de riesgos. - Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos de la compañía, así como de la versión más reciente de ISO 9001. CALIFICACIONES DESEABLES: - Experiência en máquinas y herramientas. - Conocimiento de PLC’s marca Allen-Bradley, IDEC - Conocimiento de mantenimiento preventivo de Feeders para máquinas SMT
