**Job Description**:

- Dental Solutions Business Demand Generation / Marketing Specialist, Export Markets (LATAM & APAC) - New Health Care Company_

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Demand Generation / Marketing Specialist for the Dental Solutions Business in Export Markets (LATAM & APAC), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Developing a deep understanding of the business goals, go-to-market strategies, marketing tactics, target audiences, tools and operations in order to maximize impact through our Channel Partners to end-users_- Maximizing Demand Generation and optimizing growth through effective portfolio management and marketing strategies, campaigns in prioritized geographies in collaboration with our Channel Partners._- Proactively managing portfolio changes and pricing updates_- Simplifying the price structure and Tender Management for Export Countries_- Liaising with the division to build the Operating Plan for the Export Markets_- Collaborating with Export Team and Functional Team across the organization including Export Markets Business Leader, Channel Specialists, Pricing Team, Area Activation Marketing, Portfolio Marketers, eCommerce, E2E and Digital specialist to support effective strategies and programs.- Address pricing Governance under direction of Area and Global Portfolio Leaders_- Oversee program activity including (but not limited to) program launch, on-going maintenance and viability of channel; recommend alternative channel solution, as needed._- Leverage sales analytics and market trends to develop marketing plans which include strategy, tactics and metrics aligned with the Dental Solutions Business strategic plans_- Adapt Division promotions to Export Markets and make proposal to division based on opportunities_- Engage end users with the value of our company drive enhanced engagement between our company and the distribution sales reps and Channel Specialist_- Utilizes MDF to design, leverage and execute programs, campaigns and NPI launches_- Ensure brand standards are followed by the Export Team and Channel Partners_- Share channel best practices for replication_- Analyze market data, trends, competitors, etc._- Managing growth campaigns through distributors_- Managing_ _portfolio_, including product selection for geography and managing life-cycle under direction of Global Portfolio Leaders._- Launch Division led NPIs in export countries_- Managing non-routine and difficult inquiries._

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher from accredited University (Marketing / Business Administration)

With the following experience:
- 4- 5 years Marketing experience would be preferrable. Alternatively: 4 -5 years Business Experience or Channel / Key Account Management or Sales Management- Fluent in both English & Spanish_
- Additional skills include :_- Computer Skills: It is essential to have moderate to high computer literacy skills in Excel and Powerpoint_- Pricing / Tender Management_- Excellent communication skills. Should have the ability to communicate clearly across multiple levels of business and customer personnel, including _leadership/executive-level_ audience._- Strong business acumen with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, prioritizing requirements to meet deadlines and critical needs_- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills_- Ability to synthesize information into insights and narrative_- Prioritization of many initiatives with tight timelines_

Work location:
- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)- Columbia / Mexico / Chile / US

Travel: the position will require domestic / international travel up to approx. 40-50 %. Most of the travel will be to the LATAM Export Countries to meet with Channel Partners, End Users and participate in Congresses.
