**Prototypes Coordinator**:

- Location: Ramos Arizpe, MX, CP 25903- Country/Region: MX**About the position**:
Prototypes Coordinator is responsible for planning and control of the production of prototypes and spare parts based on purchase orders for both spare parts and requests from the engineering department for the production of prototypes in accordance with the specifications defined for them. In accordance with the production orders issued by Engineering, it manufactures those parts removed from serial production processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Validate the design feasibility for manufacturing and release of prototype drawings.
- Cost Calculation and delivery time of prototypes.
- Planning and prepare manufacturing methods and principles to ensure profitability and compliance with quality requirements, provide a complete value chain for the client's specific product within the plant.
- Specific tooling Design to manufacture prototypes.
- Planning, implementation and validation of external manufacturing tooling.
- Analysis of prototype requirements.
- Planning, manufacturing and management of prototypes.
- Request for trials and validation tests of prototypes to predefined specifications. Report to clients and sales on prototype status (Processes, status, delivery dates)

**Requirements**:

- Engineering Degree
- Bilingual 70% (Business and Technical)
- Experience in Automotive/Commercial vehicles industry.
- MS Office
- Planning and organize skills
- Knowledge in SolidWorks / Inventor
- Experience in Manufacturing process, production, launching, line balances, machinery, fixtures.
- Knowledge in sensors, vision systems, actuators, pneumatic, electronics.
