We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Manufacturing, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.

As a Manufacturing Coordinator You will guarantee the production area metrics compliment from the raw material reception in it´s areas until the finished product packaging, having a constantly communication and being intermediary between the company administrative tasks and the personnel

**Your Tasks will be**
- Production program compliment
- Promote the teamwork
- Assure that the corrective actions from A) Scrap, B) Absenteeism, C) Customer complaints, and others, being stablished
- Assure through the teamwork the correct material, tools, and equipment utilization
- Coordinate the resources of the different lines facilitating the production plan compliment
- Transfer the information about the goals to the team members
- Provide feedback to the personnel about the production plan breach to take immediate actions
- In coordination with the functional areas facilitate the solution of the presented problems during the day

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.
- 5 years of experience in SMT areas in the electronic automotive industry.
- Wave, paste, reflow soldering processes knowledge and experience.
- Terminal insertion knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge and management of SMT machinery: Fuji NXT, Pick and Place, GSM, and others.
- English level advanced.
