**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
We are looking for an IT Trainer, your assignments will be, but not limited to, adquire knowledge from all our customers on processes and technical troubleshooting steps, ensure all the documentation is up to date and provide training to new joiners as well as reinforce lessons to our current team members.

We have customers based along the country, so it is imperative for this position that you do not have any issue on traveling across the country when needed.

Experience
- +1 year encouraging a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaborative work flow among departments and project teams
- Experience working on a IT Service Management Team writing knowledge articles and training
- Able to work collaboratively with a Team to transform ideas and implement appropriate solutions

**Requisitos y calificaciones**

**Skills**:

- Advanced English (spoken and writing)
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Effective communication
- Objetives-oriented performance
- Logic-oriented mindset

Knowledge
- Education related to IT
- Technical L1 (Windows, Office 365, VPN, Printers, Cloud services, MFA)
- A solid understanding of Knowledge Management and Training best practices and standards.
