**Objetivo Genral**:
Responsable de desarrollar, implementar, mantener y medir la efectividad del sistema de Calidad (sistemas de inspección, políticas y procedimientos,
medición y prueba, acciones correctivas, auditorías internas, etc.) que se estableció para asegurar la elaboración del ensamble y/o sub ensamble de productos
de acuerdo a estándares de Calidad internos establecidos por los clientes y/o regulaciones aplicables (FDA, MIL SPECS, UL, QS, ETC.)
**Actividades**:
- Asegura el cumplimiento de los objetivos de Calidad (costos de calidad, satisfacción del cliente, etc.) y la efectividad de las medidas correctivas.
- Coordina el cumplimiento de los procedimientos de Inspección (materia prima, procesos y producto final) para asegurar los requerimientos de Calidad internos, así como, los requerimientos del cliente y agencias regulatorias.
- Desarrolla y analiza el desempeño del proceso mediante la comparación de datos estadísticos y criterios de aceptación buscando costos eficientes y tiempos de ciclo garantizando la Calidad y Confiabilidad del producto.
- Se mantiene actualizado en cuanto a Innovaciones técnicas, sistemas, equipo de medición y criterios de calidad; adaptándolos a la organización y supervisando su implementación.
- Participa en la planeación, desarrollo y transferencia de productos o modificaciones a partes, materiales o procesos.
- Coordina la administración de los sistemas de Calidad y sistemas de Certificación aplicables (ISO, QS, FDA, etc.) incluyendo el desarrollo, implementación, mantenimiento y actualización de la documentación de los procesos y de los registros.
- Supervisa el Sistema de Calibración del equipo de medición y de prueba.
- Representa a la empresa ante las agencias regulatorias y/o agencias certificadoras y organismos profesionales como ASQ.
- Atiende directamente Análisis de Fallas, inconformidades y solicitudes de información del cliente.
- Puede actuar como facilitador del Staff gerencial en cuanto a programas de mejora continua, manufactura esbelta, Six Sigma, etc.
- Desarrolla, implementa y mantiene en coordinación con otras áreas (Compras, Materiales, Ingeniería, etc.) los programas de Calidad del proveedor.
- Prepara y administra los objetivos y los presupuestos de su departamento, así como, valida y autoriza los procedimientos, estándares de operación SOP.
- Responsable de seleccionar, capacitar, desarrollar, motivar y actuar como facilitador de su Staff. Responsable de administrar el desempeño de su personal. Responsable de fomentar y mantener la armonía interdepartamental.
**Requisitos**:
Carrera terminada en Ingenieria
Experiência mínima de 2 años en posicion similar en industrai de arneses y cables/electronica/placas
Ingles Avanzado
**IPC-620 e IPC-610** (Conocimiento indispensable)
ISO 9001 y AS9100
Office (Excel)
ASQ (plus)
Lean Manufacturing o six sigma (plus)
Para laborar en Tecate
Horario de Lunes a viernes de 7am a 5pm
