**Position Summary**:
The Loan Servicing Supervisor is responsible for the daily support of the loan servicing team. This role will include new hire and ongoing team training and mentoring. In addition, this position will be responsible for account research, assumption job duties, daily KPI reporting, and team’s adherence to daily KPI’s, escalations and will assist leadership with process enhancements and innovations.

**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Daily team adherence to KPI’s and daily KPI reporting
- Support of Account Research, Assumptions and Servicing team questions/inquiries
- New Hire training and mentoring
- Process enhancements and innovations
- Support of customer escalation calls
**Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Abilities**:
- 1+years of servicing experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- General understanding of the mortgage and consumer finance industry a plus
- Prior work experience in customer service positions is preferred
**Location**:Mexico City, MX
**Compensation**: MXN$144/hr.
