El asociado de Servicios de Transacciones 2 es un puesto de nível inicial responsable de proporcionar respaldo analítico y administrativo a negociantes junto con el equipo de Captura de Transacciones. El objetivo general de este puesto es mantener registros de posiciones y ofrecer respaldo a los procesos relacionados con valores.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Proporcionar respaldo a los servicios de Tesorería y Negociación, Valores, Dinero en Efectivo, Negociación, Cuentas Lockbox, Derivados, Servicios de Fondos, Divisas, etc.
- Abrir y modificar cartas de crédito (Letters of Credit, L/C), procesar pagos y resolver problemas de los clientes para garantizar operaciones diarias eficientes.
- Desempeñarse como revisor de transacciones y proporcionar respaldo a todos los procesos operativos, según sea necesario.
- Participar en la evaluación de sistemas y clientes, y comprender los procedimientos y controles requeridos.
- Ejecutar transacciones moderadas a complejas conforme a controles y normas de cumplimiento a fin de minimizar las pérdidas para la empresa.
- Apoyar en informes especiales y proyectos ad hoc, y proporcionar comentarios acerca de actividades relacionadas con proyectos.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia, así como supervisar de manera efectiva la actividad de otros y crear responsabilidad con aquellas personas que no mantienen estos estándares

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 2 y 5 años de experiência en un puesto relacionado
- Habilidades comprobadas para la gestión de proyectos
- Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión y administrar plazos
- Capacidad para trabajar en un ambiente apresurado.
- Demuestra una comunicación escrita y verbal clara y concisa de manera constante.
- Atención a los detalles y habilidades para resolver problemas intermedios

**Educación**:

- Título universitario/de licenciatura o experiência equivalente.

Experiência en:

- Control Interno, documentación de procedimientos, instrucciones de trabajo y flowcharting.
- Conocimiento de procesos de banca de consumo.
- Identificación de Riesgos y Controles.
- Inglés: lectura y escritura (básico).
- El rol requiere trabajar muy de cerca con los dueños de los procesos de Soporte Operativo y Operación Cheques para asegurar una consistencia y congruencia en la ejecución de los controles para las políticas de RMP, EUC, COB.
- Conocimiento básico de la política de RMP, COB y EUC Standard
- Dar seguimiento del estatus y escalamiento de las actividades relacionados a las políticas señaladas en el punto previo
