Responsabilidades principales del trabajo.
- Debe tener un conocimiento práctico de los sistemas de ensamblaje automatizados, una buena comprensión de la teoría básica de las aplicaciones, el diseño y el funcionamiento de los sistemas de control industrial, incluidos los conceptos de distribución de energía.
- Utilizar su capacidad de resolución de problemas generando soluciones creativas, para mejorar el proceso mientras se adapta a diversas situaciones.
- Se le pedirá que mantenga, desarrolle y mejore los sistemas de control de automatización para ayudar a aumentar la productividad, la eficiencia, mientras satisface las necesidades de las instalaciones y de los clientes.
- Capaz de realizar las siguientes funciones de ingeniería de fabricación: diseño de herramientas, procesos y diseño; Ingeniería de calidad, ergonomía y seguridad.
- Capacidad para solucionar problemas y programar controles de máquinas (Siemens - Paso 7, Allen Bradley - Ladder Logic).
- Fuertes habilidades de gestión de proyectos: capaces de trabajar en múltiples proyectos simultáneamente.
- Capaz de soportar todos los turnos según sea necesario.
- Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas.
- Mantener, realizar y ejecutar los service checklist.
- Revisar e ingresar datos en el registro del PLC.
- Revisar y dar seguimiento a reportes de fin de turno.
- Encontrar soluciones a problemas críticos.
- Dar seguimiento a proyectos de mejora continua.
- Identificar e implementar requisitos de prueba de errores a lo largo del proceso (Error proofing).
- Gestionar la maquinaria involucrada en el proceso de control de producción.
- Utilizar la tecnología para mejorar, perfeccionar y automatizar los procesos de producción.
- Optimizar el rendimiento del sistema de control.
- Analizar datos de los sistemas de control.
- Dar cumplimento a los procesos de Operaciones y la interacción con el resto de las áreas RH, Seguridad, Ingeniería, Calidad, Ambiental, Mantenimiento, Finanzas), cultura, valores y filosofía de la empresa.
- Cuidar y mantener las instalaciones de la planta.
- Crear y mantener un ambiente laboral sano y libre de conflictos.
- Proporcionar soporte, según sea requerido, a otras áreas de la empresa.

Cualificaciones y experiência
- Título en Ingeniería o experiência equivalente de 4 años (Ingeniería industrial, eléctrica, mecánica, electrónica o Ing. En control y automatización).
- 4 años de experiência y éxito demostrado como ingeniero de manufactura / controles en una planta de fabricación o ensamblaje automotriz.
- Experiência en la formación de otros.
- La experiência de AutoCAD es un plus.
- Experiência de puesta en marcha de planta deseada.
- Se requiere experiência en herramientas de Microsoft Office.
- Experiência con Phoenix PC Works, Interbus, Devicenet, RS View, Control Logix.
- Experiência en AB (Studio 5000), Siemens Step 7, Tia Portal.
- Habilidades para leer planos, eléctricos, electrónicos, mecánicos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
- Conocimiento en protocolos de comunicación.
- Experiência en sistema de visión Cognex.
- Experiência en sensores inductivos, resistivos y capacitivos.
- Experiência encontrol, manejo y programación de HMI’s.
- Habilidades en protocolos de comunicación.
- Experiência en redes de comunicación.
- Conocimiento y experiência con el manejo de conveyor’s
- Conocimiento deseable en las normas IATF 16949 e ISO 9001.
