1. RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:

Supervisa actividades en las áreas de producción para alcanzar metas de Calidad, Producción, costos y objetivos. Implementa inventarios de producción basados en producto de introducción, equipo, eficiencia y suministro de materiales. Administra procedimientos de presupuestos y su seguimiento. Mantiene los listados de requerimientos de mano de obra para las áreas asignadas. Generalmente supervisa personal directo e indirecto, para asegurar la eficiencia en las funciones de la operación.

2. FUNCIONES ESENCIALES (FAVOR DE SER ESPECÍFICO)

Genera reportes de entregas a tiempo de órdenes de producción y de clientes; así como monitoreo especial a clientes claves para la división.
Revisión de uso de equipo de protección personal
Dirige y Supervisa la producción, los procesos y el personal.
Revisa y corrige datos de su personal en Prod Info y iClock en cuanto a horarios y eficiencias para tener un pago correcto y oportuno
Se asegura de contar con la capacidad de equipo y mano de obra para cumplir con el plan de producción.
Monitorea, evalúa e interpreta la información asegurando el proceso íntegro de las especificaciones.
Revisa la programación de sus productos (backlogs) para dar un seguimiento apropiado a las entregas a tiempo. Realiza juntas con su personal para definir estrategias de producción
Monitorea y controla las operaciones del equipo de producción.
Recopila e ingresa los registros de producción.
Realiza revisión de resultados de objetivos periódicamente y comunica a sus empleados las acciones necesarias para estar en cumplimiento
Participa y en ocasiones dirige respuestas de acciones correctivas internas y externas; Implementa acciones derivadas de las mismas y entrena a su personal en estas acciones.

3. FUNCIONES ADICIONALES:

Entrena y desarrolla al personal de producción en cuestión de políticas, procedimientos y responsabilidades relacionadas con el trabajo
Provee información específica y exacta como soporte a los departamentos de producción y Personal.
Participa en auditorías internas de calidad y ambiental como sea necesario, en ocasiones como auditor.
Participa activamente en el programa de 5’s y mantiene su área de responsabilidad limpia y organizada
Revisión de aspectos e impactos de sus operaciones y entrenamiento a su personal en base a los resultados.
Revisa y reporta situaciones de riesgo de salud o seguridad para su pronta corrección

4. EDUCACION, EXPERIENCIA Y ENTRENAMIENTO REQUERIDO:

Carrera terminada comprobable. Preferentemente Ingeniería Mecatrónica, Eléctrica e industrial.
3 años de experiência en posición similar ( preferentemente ).
Experiência con personal a cargo al menos 5 empleados.
Habilidades en Microsoft Office y SAP.
Bilingüe Español - Ingles.
Excelente Liderazgo y supervisión de subordinados.
Trabajo en Equipo.
Actitud Positiva.
Personalidad Analítica y orientada a resultados.
Administración de recursos de su área.
Excelente habilidad de comunicación hacia todos los níveles.

Tiene la autoridad para pedir a deptos. De apoyo su cooperación en asuntos que afecten la producción de manera negativa
Tiene la autoridad para hacer programaciones de vacaciones y permisos de su personal sin afectar los programas de producción
