El Analista Sénior de Administración de Programas es una función profesional de un empleado experimentado. Aplica profundos conocimientos sobre la disciplina al contribuir con el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas y la mejora de los procesos y el flujo de trabajo para el área o función. Integra la experiência en la materia y la industria dentro de un área definida. Requiere una comprensión profunda del modo en el que las áreas se integran de manera conjunta en la subfunción, y también coordinan y contribuyen a los objetivos de la función y del negocio en general. Evalúa temas variables y moderadamente complejos con impacto potencial considerable, donde el desarrollo de un enfoque/toma de medidas implica evaluar diversas alternativas y equilibrar situaciones potencialmente contradictorias utilizando diversas fuentes de información. Requiere buenas habilidades analíticas para filtrar, priorizar y validar material potencialmente complejo y dinámico de múltiples fuentes. Se requieren sólidas habilidades comunicativas y diplomáticas. Generalmente asume un rol informal/formal de liderazgo dentro de los equipos. Participa en la orientación y la capacitación de nuevos empleados. Genera un impacto significativo en relación con el tamaño del proyecto, la ubicación geográfica, etc. al influir en las decisiones mediante los consejos, el asesoramiento o facilitando servicios a otras personas en el área de especialización. El trabajo y desempeño de todos los equipos del área se ven directamente afectados por el desempeño de la persona.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Apoyar la planificación, dirección y coordinación de actividades cotidianas de la ejecución de un programa o portfolio de programas.
- Ayudar con el business case, revisar requisitos comerciales, analizar brechas, realizar estudio de viabilidad y beneficios a largo plazo, revisión de soluciones y requisitos con las partes interesadas.
- Finalizar el plan de proyecto con las partes interesadas y hacer el seguimiento de la exitosa entrega del proyecto.
- Implementar estrategias avanzadas para reunir, revisar y analizar requisitos de datos.
- Reunirse con usuarios finales para entender las necesidades comerciales, escribir requisitos, realizar revisiones de los documentos de requisitos y obtener aprobación del Patrocinador del proyecto, Producto y Operaciones.
- Revisar requisitos funcionales y comerciales para garantizar que Tecnología haya entendido las expectativas/necesidades de los usuarios finales y cumpla con estas.
- Priorizar requisitos y crear prototipos y modelos conceptuales.
- Trabajar con los equipos de Tecnología, Administración de operaciones y productos para priorizar la entrega de proyectos clave.
- Dominar las técnicas de gestión de calidad, modelado de procesos comerciales estratégicos y trazabilidad.
- Aplicar las mejores prácticas para una efectiva comunicación y resolución de problemas.
- Competir con éxito para los empleos de analista comercial más buscados.
- Liderar el equipo de analistas comerciales y evaluadores para lograr fechas de entrega de producción de calidad y puntualidad, para mejoras en el sistema para múltiples proyectos de Cash.
- Colaborar con Tecnología en las demoras de proyectos, evaluación de riesgos y planes de mitigación de riesgos.
- Realizar informes de Estado de proyecto para las partes interesadas del proyecto y los Socios de operaciones y productos.
- Preparar los sistemas de información administrativa (management information systems, MIS) posteriores al proyecto, elaborar conclusiones y realizar revisiones de mejora continua de proceso.
- Entender el entorno bancario y los requisitos regulatorios y de cumplimiento.
- Trabajar con el equipo global y regional e implementar las mejores normas en los equipos.
- Garantizar la creación del plan de administración de beneficios de privilegio y plan del programa, plan de administración de partes interesadas, plan de aceptación y registro central de problemas del programa.
- Evaluar el desempeño de los subordinados y realizar recomendaciones para aumentos de salario, ascensos, despidos y otras acciones de personal.
- Evaluar adecuadamente el riesgo cuando se toman decisiones comerciales, demostrando una consideración particular por la reputación de la empresa y protegiendo a Citigroup, sus clientes y activos, al impulsar el cumplimiento de las leyes, las reglas y los reglamentos correspondientes, acatando la política, aplicando un juicio ético sólido en relación con el comportamiento personal, la conducta y las prácticas comerciales y escalando, administrando e informando los problemas de control con transparencia

**Calificaciones**:

- Entre 5 y 8 años de experiência en manejo o participación en proyectos y equipos dentro de las finanzas y 2 años en una función de administración profesional.

**Educación**:

- Licenciatura/título universitario o experiência equivalente.
