To create, implement, grow and own the Market Center finances, operations and systems which maximize team efficiency, overall profitability and performance so that KW Pluss becomes a Market Center where everybody wants to join and nobody wants to leave.

The Market Center Administrator is a calm, cool and collected leader with high integrity and a strong attention to detail. He/She knows the rules and plays by them, He/She is dependable and steady. He/She is a master of change management and role models behavior of a catalytic leader who is able to quickly embrace and implement new systems, models and initiatives and help others do the same.
The Market Center Administrator works closely with the Team Leader as part of the Market Center’s Leadership Team. He/She is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the TL’s direction and initiative. Together, the TL, MCA and PC work closely to increase the profitability and efficiency of the Market Center. He/She understands and is onboard with the mission, vision and values of the Market Center and contributes to the growth, culture and profitability of the overall Market Center by growing Market Center operations.
The Market Center Administrator collaborates in finding ways to cut expenses and maximize revenue while remaining agent centric in the KW Pluss value proposition, competitive in the marketplace and innovative in the industry. The Market Center Administrator is instrumental in budgeting and operations. Uniquely positioned as the equivalent of a Chief Financial Officer of the company, He/She is the owner of retention of staff and agents alike.
He/She is highly skilled in supporting and leading the team. He/She is knowledgeable about all aspects of the Market Center. He/She is seen as an overall leader in the Market Center and is trained to step in to cover all roles in the Market Center in short absences. He/She views learning as the foundation of a good action plan and will be accountable to achieving results through others.

**Key Area of Accountability**
- **Leadership**:
- Support & reinforce TL’s leadership in the market center at all times with associates (agents) & ELTeam
- Recruit, Train, Lead & Motivate AMCA, EA, Tech Trainer, ASC & other needed staff
- Actively participate in ELTeam activities & events
- Conduct performance reviews with ELTeam quarterly using the Rate and Rank Performance Evaluation Model
- Regularly attend training programs that will further develop your coaching and leadership skill sets
- Leverage network and influence in the marketplace to support the overall success of the Market Center
- Build systems to ensure all associates in production have CGI goals
- Track ALC member business growth and support TL in achieving at least 15% year over year growth for each member
- Facilitate ALC meetings, follow up with and hold ALC members accountable to committed action items each meeting
- Publish ALC Agenda & meeting minutes
- Prepare & distribute ALC packets
**2. Accounting**
- Maintain all office accounts in good standing
- Develop & maintain expense reimbursement process
- Research, establish and maintain banking relationships for the market center
- Audit legal / SAT commitments with TC & accountant and ensure that all promised deliverables have been met
- Meet with TL, TC & accountant monthly to establish best practices for legal / SAT performance in the market center
- Track performance of the TC & accountant with all legal / SAT deliverables
- Continuously look for and find economies of scale in the market center that increase efficiency and profitability
- Propose & complete market center budget quarterly
- Develop and maintain commission disbursement procedure that is scalable
- Research & implement HR benefits for team members
- Maintain accounting of all associates entering and exiting the market center at all times
- Assist TC in tracking Quarterly associate challenges/contests
- Maintain and manage records and billing for agent leases and office space
- Prepare Investor’s Package monthly and review with TL
- Maintain all legal / financial aspects of the company in optimum conditions at all times
- Keep Market Center Vital Signs Report and Market Center Trends Reports updated at all times
- **Profitability Consulting**:
- Conduct individual & group coaching sessions on MREA chart of accounts, profit and loss statements and balance sheets
