**Job Description Summary**: The Production Planner is responsible to schedule and monitor a production plan that supports a customer delivery agreement, which needs to be fullfilled in the matter of quantity and time.

This position assures roadblocks and constrains are highlighted/contained and/or escalated in order to assure production continuity and process flow, working directly with the production control leader, supervisors, engineering and NPI team.
- 3-5-year experience in a similar position in manufacturing industry or planning environment.
- Close work with production leadership and engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of resource planning.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Process-oriented thinking and acting.
- ERP/MRP experience in WIP & Inventory control.
- Production Control and Logistics (Kanban/Pull-Push).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
