Tdp Engineer

Kontoor is looking for an Engineer to be part of our Training Development Program. This position’s responsibilities during the program is to understand and learn our internal processes, adapt to our business culture and develop/reinforce key competences. You will be required to a complete extensive detailed review in our manufacturing division in Yucatan.

The core function for this position is to obtain the proper knowledge of our internal processes and products in the engineering and manufacturing areas. During this program, your core competencies will be developed and reinforced during the process. The following list is not limited to the specific activities of the position:
1.Understand the duties and internal processes of an Engineer in the Kontoor manufacturing world.

2. Understand the manufacturing processes, specifications, machines,

and others related to the Kontoor’s manufacturing world in the location assigned.

3. Understand the Kontoor’s culture and thinking.

4. Develop/reinforce key managerial competences suitable to the Kontoor’s

manufacturing world.

5. Implement one engineering project during the assigned time frame.

6. Run a manufacturing production line during second stage of the project.

**Education**:Degree-B. Eng. (Industrial Engineering / other) is required.
