Brindar atención directa a solicitudes del cliente a solicitudes de servicios como son: entradas, salidas e inventarios; asegurar el cumplimiento de indicadores de gestión y realización de inventarios cíclicos y físicos, así como asegurar el cumplimiento operativo rastreando las operaciones y comunicándolas al cliente de forma oportuna.
- Recepción y captura en sistema de las instrucciones del cliente en sistema IESPRO WMS, validar los requisitos e informar al departamento de operaciones de almacén
- Dar indicaciones al almacén correspondiente y seguimiento al cumplimiento de la operación
- Informar al cliente del rastreo de la operación en tiempo real (tracking, incidencias, etc), por el día
- Validar y recuperar las evidencias de entrega de material (salidas)
- Validar las entregas del día, devoluciones de pedidos al almacén x unidad y generar calificación de servicio cliente
- Gestionar costos y cobros adicionales que no estén pactados en el contrato comercial, cuando la operación de Almacenaje-Transportación lo requiera (maniobras, emplayos, descargas, permisos, etc)
- Validar el plan de entregas de pedidos por día-Plan, y relación de cumplimiento de entregas.
- Viernes generar el reporte de cumplimiento de entrega de la semana y numero de cajas no entregadas, separando entregas Ocurre por las que el cliente final pasa al almacén pro ellas.
- Cada mes validar físicamente el inventario de fin de mes (inventario selectivo) y revisión de diferencias.
- Auditar los inventarios cíclicos y aclaración de diferencias
- Captura de packing list de entradas en el WMS (Iespro)
- Captura de packing list de salida en el WMS (Iespro), asignando el almacenista que armara la salida y la fecha, hora compromiso de entrega.
- Realizar inventario cíclico diario, por los productos almacenables (objetivo es inventariar en el mes el 100% de los artículos en el almacén. ( 20 artículos diarios)
- Realizar inventarios mensuales e informar el día primero de cada mes, indicando calidad del inventario del estado de su material
- Validar y seguimiento del proceso de armado y que cumplamos con el compromiso de entrega
- Llevar control de facturación del mes del cliente de almacén
- Identificar y generar reportes de KPI’s semanales de desempeño (cumplimiento de entrega, calidad de armado y evidencias recuperadas).
- Apoyo en la recepción de productos de clientes y atención a las visitas de clientes.
- Informar a los clientes de las entradas de productos a almacén, adjuntando la entrada del sistema WMS.
- Semanalmente generar la reunión la presentación de resultados de operación
- Semanalmente generar notas de venta y facturación mensual

Ofrecemos:

- Sueldo base neto de $13,600.00
- Bono de productividad de $2,400.00
- Comisiones por ventas aprox. $1,500.00
- Prestaciones de ley desde el primer día
- Horario de lunes a viernes de 8 am a 6 pm y sábados de 8 am a 1 pm
