Job Summary
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Cost Accountant _located in Guadalajara, North Campus_
- Reporting to the Controller the Cost Accountant role involvesResponsible for preparing and maintaining accounting records and analyzing and interpreting accounting records in order to give advice or prepare statements._

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

- _Reconcile trial balance accounts within individuals responsibility_
- _Prepare/Review Journal Vouchers with appropriate supporting documentation_
- _Adhere to Direct Material Standard Cost, Capitalization or Direct Labor and Manufacture Overhead in Inventory, Monthly Purchase Price Variance, Cycle Counting, and Inventory transfer policy._
- _Ensure corporate reporting deadlines are met for designated reports_
- _Develop forecast for areas within responsibility interfacing with individuals outside of cost accounting_
- _Establish objectives and implement appropriate processes in line with established financial practices_
- _Ensure budget, schedules and performance requirements are met_
- _Be familiar with relevant Accounting, regulatory and reporting requirements in the Controllers Handbook._
- _Lead financial periodic closing, analysis and reporting_
- _Compile monthly rolling year forecast_

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):

Bachelor´s Degree in finance, international business or equivalent._
- _
Advanced English._
- _
Experience in similar position._
- _
Excel intermediate / advanced_
- _
Ability to operate office software including, word processing, spreadsheets, presentation packages and database systems._
