Empresa nacional con más de 30 años de presencia en el mercado, dedicada a ofrecer soluciones integrales e innovadores en el ramo de la Construcción busca por proyecto en Pachuca, Hidalgo **“PROJECT MANAGER”**.

Sueldo Ofrecido: $50,000 a $70,000 pesos mensuales. + Prestaciones de Ley

Zona o lugar de trabajo: Proyecto en Pachuca, Hidalgo.
- Las principales responsabilidades del puesto son:_
- Elaborar la planificación del proyecto.
- Crear cronograma de actividades.
- Diseñar y hacer cumplir el presupuesto general de obra.
- Gestionar los recursos humanos y financieros para cumplir con el proyecto en tiempo.
- Supervisar al equipo de trabajo.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad del proyecto.
- Entrega de reportes de seguimiento a Dirección General.
- Mantener una comunicación estrecha con el cliente y proveedores.

Lic. en Arquitectura, Ingeniería o afín, preferentemente con Maestría o Especialidad. Contar con al menos 5 años de experiência como PM en el giro de construcción, preferentemente con experiência en el sector salud. Contar con sólidos conocimientos en el manejo de Microsoft Project, AUTOCAD, NeoData o afín.
