**Job Description** The role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Partner Account Manager, **AMER** **to join our growing sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, nurturing and qualifying leads, scheduling demos with potential customers, and managing part of our existing customer base. You will play a critical role in our company’s growth by expanding our customer base and driving revenue.
**Qualifications** Responsibilities include**:

- Your deep knowledge of technology and good understanding of cloud accounting software is key to explaining the value of our solution for a partner’s firm
- You follow-up and qualify all relevant leads generated through marketing activities
- You prospect and close Partner sales in the region
- You manage your existing portfolio of partners, ensuring they are happy with ApprovalMax, closely monitoring churn, expansion and contraction
- Your priority is to ensure revenue goal attainment
- You are be able to forecast and track key performance metrics (e.g. quarterly and monthly sales vs targets)
- You are proactively build and maintain an efficient sales pipeline to achieve targets.

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Highly motivated self-starter who works well both independently and as part of a team
- An eye for detail and the ability to quickly learn new procedures
- 1-2 years of successful sales experience in SaaS software preferred
- Experience conducting inbound and outbound sales processes
- First-rate business communication, presentation and follow-through skills
- Technical knowledge of IT and business software systems
- Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking.
