As the Incidence and Reporting auxiliary you can manage all the site Incidences, reporting & CFDI. Receive & process incidences for different payroll processes also from different inputs providing accuracy and according to payroll calendar.

- **Maintain a continuous improvement** mindset by reviewing work processes
- ** Archive** incidence templates
- ** Process & upload** incidences
- **Download support** of compliance incidences
- ** Fill disability** files and consolidate and acumulate disability data
- ** Generate payroll** reports (monthly & annual processes)
- ** Generate payroll** stamp (CFDI)
- **Manage** FONACOT incidences
- **Support **any massive upload into payroll systems
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in Environmental, Health & Safety, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in administration, accounting or similar.
- Desire to know de HR basics and payroll processes.
- Good skills with Microsoft Excel
- Must have the ability to manage conflicting/changing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong analytical and communication skills and be detail-oriented.
