**Key Responsibilities**:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting activities. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyze plant costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures. Conduct variance analysis and report findings to management.
- Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and procedures. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with plant management to develop and execute financial strategies that align with the plant’s operational goals. Provide financial analysis and support for capital investment decisions.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the plant finance team. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions.- Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track plant financial performance. Provide regular updates to plant management and sr. finance management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in plant or manufacturing finance, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
**Working Conditions**:
- Office environment within a manufacturing plant.
