Junior Operations Supervisor

**Mission**

Supervise, manage and control operational programmes provided by the Operational Manager. In compliance with Safety, Health and Environment, and Government and Regional Commitments (IES).Coordinating with Customer, Supervisor, Contractors and outsourcing representatives by making effective and efficient use of resources.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Run and meet operation guidelines for safety, health and environment (SHE).
- Coordinate operational details based on the daily program provided by Chief Operating Officer.
- Integrate provided program sequence to Scale, Supervisors, Customer, Contractors, Security and transport functions.
- Supervise conduction of operation, being responsible for compliance of scheduled activities during assigned shift.
- Daily revision of handling activities report performed by Contractors and assign them to performed activities.
- Submit daily reports of performed Operations
- Communicate and potential or identified incident that might harm the quality and safety of operations.
- Elaborate Piles distribution layout, inventory report (stocks) and ensure pile signboard and code identification on site.
- Promote and raise continuous improvements over operating procedures

**Education, Skills and Experience**
- Experience between 3 to 5 years.
- Career of Industrial Engineer, Chemist, Metallurgist.
- Methodical
