The **Business Technology Analyst (BTA)** is an entry-level role focused on supporting our technology stack. While you may not always be in the spotlight on client engagements, you are still a key contributor to our organizational delivery model. Your role will support core technology functions (onboarding, script development, dashboard setup, ad operations, etc.).

**Responsibilities**
- Onboard clients onto data ingestion, reporting setup, automation, etc.).
- Build dashboards, schedule exports, and analyze data as requested.
- Maintain systems and team tools necessary for reporting to function
- Verify new and existing reporting is reliable and effective.
- Respond to support requests and troubleshoot data and reporting issues.
- Develop, enhance, and maintain end-user computing / semi-automated tools using Salesforce Datorama, Adverity, Python, SQL, Airtable, Google BigQuery, Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, and/or Tableau or other BI tools.
- Maintain reference lists, business rules, and other data documentation.

**Education Required**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related quantitative field required; advanced degree appreciated

**Minimum Experience Required**:

- Work or classroom experience in reporting, data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing, or another support/BI analytics type role.

**Specific Industry and/or Specialty Experience Required**:

- Hands-on experience with different data warehouse and processing technologies such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Spark, etc. Big Query preferred.
- Hands-on experience with data analytics and data analysis, with good level of statistical and mathematical skillset.
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Salesforce Datorama, Looker Studio, or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience in digital marketing data sets, including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, Google Analytics, and Pinterest is a plus.
- Experience with platforms like Airtable is a plus.

**Skills and Abilities Required**:

- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Able to quickly learn new systems and software programs with mínimal training, documentation or guidance.
- Understands operating with a sense of urgency and excellent customer service.
- Works well in a team environment, as well as independently. Takes the initiative to develop and improve processes.
- Track record in problem solving using data analysis, coding or programming.
- Good understanding of SQL and Python. JavaScript optional.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms like Azure, GCP and AWS. GCP preferred.
- Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
