**As Collections Assistant, your main activities will be**:

- Contacting debtors by telephone to negotiate debt recovery.
- Review meeting minutes to identify collection-related items (delinquent accounts, payment plans, hard collections, etc).
- Data entry in SW and Excel.
- Preparation of delinquency notices.
- Preparation of dossiers for hard collections.
- Support the Accounts Receivable team with any other related task.

**WORK SCHEDULE**
- Monday - Friday._
- 9:00 AM. - 6:00 PM. CST. (1-hour lunch break)

**Requirements**:

- Advanced English (Verbal and Writing).
- 2 years of experience in collections, or similar roles.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Empathetic, assertive and patient.
