To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an AR Accountant located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Finance Project Manager, AR Accountant role involves. Minimizes financial risk to the organization by assessing and advising on creditworthiness of prospective and existing customers. Negotiates and advises on collection of overdue bills and takes appropriate action to recover overdue payments.

What a typical day looks like:

- Reporting
- Download Bank Reports
- Contact Customers to get Remittance Advice
- Collections Follow up with customers
- Cash Flow projections
- Reconciliations
- Weekly AR Report (Aging)
- Manual Invoicing

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience
- English Language MUST
- Portuguese desirable
- Collections Experience
