Team overview and job responsibilities

Job responsibilities
- Provide training in specific operations to new employees and senior employees who require it in accordance with production needs, and in compliance with the Universal employee development program.
- Participate in all training that assists in the better development of their activities.
- Evaluate staff using procedures established by the company
- Preparation of Training programs by areas.
- Application of Exams to trained personnel.
- Coordinate certifications for trained personnel.
- Follow-up of newly admitted personnel.
- Delivery of the inductive program.
- Participate in all Continuous improvement teams.
- Keep track of employee participation in training and development activities.

Who are we looking for?
- Minimum Baccalaureate and/or Technical Career.
- Minimum 1 year experience in similar position.
- Human relations
