**Funciones del cargo**:
El especialista en marketing y generación de oportunidades de venta apoya a los equipos de marketing y ventas de sus proyectos.
Las responsabilidades principales incluyen:
- **Coordinar y realizar seguimiento** de las actividades internas de generación de clientes potenciales
- Verificar la** realización de citas **a través del embudo de ventas
- **Analizar datos de actividad de ventas** y generación de clientes potenciales
- **Crear informes**, utilizando nuestra tecnología de ventas y marketing automation
- **Mejorar los resultados**, midiendo la eficacia de actividades cuantificables de ventas y marketing
- Ayudar a administrar y coordinar las actividades de generación de prospectos de **SEO y SEM**:
- Presentar resultados al cliente, equipos extendidos o partners
Al trabajar directamente con los equipos de ventas y marketing, el especialista en generación de prospectos (lead generation) creará un proceso de seguimiento de prospectos, utilizando datos de prospectos de plataformas como HubSpot, LinkedIn, Zoho, Google Analytics, Salesforce o Sharpspring.
El objetivo es crear un proceso repetible para calificar clientes potenciales, asignarlos a los miembros del equipo para la prospección y realizar un seguimiento de la eficacia de los esfuerzos de ventas y marketing.
**Importante**: El puesto NO implica SDR, BDR o llamadas salientes de generación de prospectos.
**Requerimientos del cargo**:
- Experiência comprobada en equipos de generación de oportunidades (Lead Generation).
- Conocimiento de herramientas de marketing por correo electrónico y marketing de LinkedIn.
- Conocimiento de Google Ads y Google Analytics.
- También se necesita familiaridad con el ciclo de ventas, tácticas de generación de prospectos, bases de datos de CRM y otras tecnologías de seguimiento de prospectos, sólidas habilidades de comunicación y la capacidad de resolver problemas.
- Se valorará el uso de softwares de data visualization.
