We´re hiring:
SAP QM (QUALITY MANAGEMENT) - Advanced English level

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's degree/engineering completed
- Advanced English is required.
- Own car.
- 5+ years as SAP Quality Management (QM)
- Agile Certification and SAP QM & PM Module Certification is a plus
- 5+ experience in SAP (SAP QM, SAP PM, SAP MII, etc.)
- Experience in an iterative methodology (scrum, kanban, design sprint, lean startup)

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Understands users and formalizes their needs with a user-centered approach and method.
- Design sustainable solutions from concept to launch
- Maintains knowledge of the different products through the relevant documentation.
- Product design and project execution
- Performs necessary discussions with key users leading to delivery of high level functional needs.
- Formalizes the process design with the Business.
- Carry out the necessary Design Thinking workshops.
- Provides detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with UI designer/developer/technical expert to design product mockup or prototype.
- Contributes to the quality of the delivered solution through test design and execution, performing the role of QA Analyst when required (including regression testing).
- Raise defects and ensure resolution Facilitate user adoption through organizational procedures and user guidance.
- Analyzes and reports risk in product development and project delivery
