Dispatcher (Availability for night shift)

Job Brief

We are looking for a Dispatcher to act as our company’s first point of contact for logistic matters. You will receive requests, transmit messages, track vehicles and update load information.

Job Responsibilities
- Entering data from a variety of sources to their appropriate destination.
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls and register important information.
- Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units.
- Prioritize and organize calls according to urgency.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
- Use of mobile apps.
- On time report generation.
- Customer/driver support/care.

Salario: $15,000.00 - $17,000.00 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 10 horas
