MISION DEL PUESTO

Desarrollar y mejorar el sistema de producción/costo integrando los factores importantes de la línea de producción, así como los costos indirectos para los productos existentes y nuevos, para la toma de decisiones.

Analizar los costos mensuales, encontrar ineficiencias y proponer soluciones.

ACTIVIDADES
- Recopilación de información (compras de inventario, costos de materia, fletes, etc.) y analizarlos para descubrir oportunidades.
- Monitoreo de cambios en los procesos o métodos y calcular los efectos en los costos generales.
- Estimar los costos de productos para productos nuevos y existentes dependiendo del programa o cliente
- Revisar y analizar desperdicio o producto no conforme para eliminar lo mas posible las perdidas por este concepto
- Validar que los BOM se encuentren actualizados

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
- Diseñar, desarrollar y mejorar el sistema de costos.
- Actualizar de forma mensual las tarifas de los costos indirectos.
- Asegurar que los cambios en fórmulas o procesos estén reflejados en el BOM o costos indirectos.
- Interacción con diversas áreas y departamentos para asegurar que el costeo esté en tiempo y forma.
- Mantener actualizados los BOM de los productos.
- Hacer validaciones aleatorias de los BOM para comprobar que las cantidades y calidades son iguales a las del sistema.
- Costear productos existentes o nuevos de forma correcta y exacta.
- Hacer estudios constantes de desperdicios para disminuir lo mas posible las no conformidades

PERFIL DEL PUESTO (REQUISITOS)
- Licenciatura (LCPF, LAF, Administración, Ingeniería, carrera afín)
- Excel Avanzado
- SAP
- 3-5 años de experiência en roles similares
- Área de especialización: Costos, producción, manufactura
- Inglés Avanzado
