**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience with consumer facing products.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with release management life-cycles and project milestones.- Experience managing execution and product delivery- Knowledge of the technical and process challenges associated with the software development life-cycle.
- Ability to be an influential member of an integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and manage Google's consumer hardware service operations aligning with our global strategy.
- Lead relationships with local vendors, ensuring they meet performance and timeline goals.
- Own the customer experience, operational performance, and financial results in the country.
- Collaborate across teams to develop innovative programs that ensure support for customer returns and repair
- Track performance metrics, create scorecards, and conduct regular business reviews.
