Controlar, administrar y mejorar procesos de manufactura con base a los objetivos establecidos por la organización, cumpliendo con estándares, procedimientos, instrucciones y métodos de calidad. Gestión, administración e implementación de proyectos de mejora. Responsabilidades con los clientes externos, internos, provisión de recursos para proyectos, responsabilidades para la realización del producto, la mejora continua, con el sistema de calidad e inocuidad alimentaria, con el departamento de EHS, entre otras.

Experiência y requisitos

Experiência: 3 años de experiência en puestos similares. Sistemas modernos de manufactura y control total de la calidad. Herramientas y metodologías para eliminación de desperdicios y mejora continua. Administración de proyectos Herramientas de solución de problemas. Desarrollo de AMEF y SIPOC. Planes de control, de contingencia, de muestreo. Habilidades (idiomas, equipo): Inglés requerido en un 80%, hablado y escrito Manejo de paquetes computacionales (Word, Excel, Power Point). Habilidad en manejo de AutoCad Manejo de Project, como herramienta para administración de proyectos. Escolaridad/Conocimientos: Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería titulado. Conocimientos de las Normas ISO 14000, 9001 y 22000. Conocimiento de control estadístico. Conocimiento de herramientas de solución de problemas. Competencias: Valores personales consistentes con los de CSI. Manejo de Grupos. Motiva al personal a obtener el máximo de su potencial personal y profesional, así como en la búsqueda de los resultados y la mejora continua. Comunicación, relaciones humanas y promotor del cambio. Trabajo en equipo. Trabajo bajo presión. Disponibilidad de tiempo. Disponibilidad de viajar. Visa Vigente. Licencia de conducir.
