As a **Training Coordinator**, you will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating, and conducting all training programs, also is responsible of communicating with Marketing, Business Excellence, Sales and Medical managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals and also:
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Map annual training plans for marketing, commercial, sales and medical teams
- Design and develop training programs (outsourced and/or in-house)
- Select appropriate training methods or activities (e.g. simulations, mentoring, on-the-job training, professional development classes).
- Gather and process feedback from trainers and trainees after each training/virtual training session.
- Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques
- Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills.
- Partner with local, regional and global stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records.
**Requirements**:
- Graduation in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or related areas
- Expertise in Office package
- Previous experience in training methods, including on-the-job coaching, mentorship programs and e-learning.
- Experience with different projects, like management training and soft-skills development.
- On complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).
- Working with instructors, equipment and educational material requirements.
- Fluency in English
