**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
El Líder de Línea Mecatrónica coordina a los operadores y apoya a grupos de soporte para asegurar las metas de producción en líneas altamente automatizadas, siguiendo los estándares de la compañía.

Funciones Esenciales:

- Ejecutar la operación en varias líneas de ensamble y productos.
- Coordinar / realizar Cambios de Modelo de acuerdo con órdenes de producción. Asegurar que las instrucciones de Cambio de Modelo se sigan correctamente.
- Configurar estaciones de preensambles, de prueba y de empaque de acuerdo con especificaciones.
- Analizar y reprocesar piezas NOK en líneas o procesos asignados.
- Coordinarse con Entrenador de RH para asegurar que todo el personal operativo esté entrenado de acuerdo con las Instrucciones de Trabajo y Procedimientos (siguiendo la Matriz de Entrenamiento).
- El Líder de Línea será capaz de entrenar a los operadores en caso de que en Entrenador no se encuentre disponible (eventos extraordinarios).
- Realizar y coordinar Mantenimientos Autónomos en áreas / unidades asignadas en conjunto con el equipo.
- Apoyar al equipo de Mantenimiento con reparación de fallas menores. Apoyar al Equipo de Mantenimiento con actividades previamente definidas y aprobadas.
- Coordinar y soportar reparación de fallas mayores, en conjunto con el equipo multidisciplinario.
- Coordinar surtimiento de material y/o purga (disponibilidad de partes) en la línea de acuerdo con secuencia de órdenes de producción.
- Asegurar que la secuencia de producción se siga de acuerdo con lo definido, y coordinar recolección de Producto Terminado con el equipo de Logística.
- Responsable de correcto manejo de material productivo de acuerdo con procedimientos.
- Correcta identificación y manejo de material NOK, sospechoso y OK.
- Disponer de Scrap generado por material NOK.
- Asegurar correcto empaque e identificación de acuerdo con Instrucciones de Empaque y requerimientos y regulaciones específicos de clientes.
- Asegurar Orden y Limpieza de acuerdo con estándares de 5s.
- Llevar a cabo labores de auxiliar de operaciones (control de permisos y vacaciones, control de Scrap, etc.).
- Responsable de alcanzar KPIs de Seguridad, Calidad y producción en unidad de negocio / líneas asignadas.
- Asegurar que los operadores de línea sigan las Instrucciones de Trabajo y asegurar los procesos de las líneas de ensamble se lleven a cabo correctamente.
- Ensamble de acuerdo con listas de parte existentes, dibujos y routing.
- Asistir a todas las evaluaciones de error, fallas, costos y gastos generales, así como el desempeño de las entregas.
- Coordinación y notificación de fallas / errores.
- Responsable de recibir e introducir Cambios de Ingeniería a líneas / unidad(es) asignadas.
- Apoyar en diseño de áreas de trabajo y ambientes de trabajo desde un punto de vista ergonómico.
- Apoyar actividades relacionadas a manufactura esbelta (lean) en líneas o procesos asignados.
- Asignar las estaciones de trabajo a operadores de línea.
- Asegurar cumplimiento de seguridad, de medio ambiente y de ESD de acuerdo con regulaciones internas y externas.
- Responsabilidad de entregar el desempeño del turno (persona de contacto con superiores).
- Disciplina y trabajo en equipo con los departamentos de Calidad, Operaciones, Mantenimiento, Ingenierías y otros departamentos o pareas (equipo multidisciplinario).
- El empleado tiene la autoridad de detener la línea de producción cuando detecte que el producto tiene un problema / defecto de calidad.
- Apoyar Actividades de PSA y procedimientos con miembros del equipo.
- Apoyar / realizar cualquier otra actividad requerida por la compañía.

Gestión y Responsabilidades de Supervisión:

- Este puesto es responsable de apoyar en la supervisión de otros empleados. Operadores de línea reportan a esta posición.

Conocimiento:

- Conocimiento en Procesos de Ensamble como Soldadura, Estaciones de Pruebas, Prensas, Aplicación de Pegamento, y Atornillados.
- Conocimiento en procedimientos de mantenimiento (MP, MA).
- Conocimiento en MS Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Experiência:

- Al menos 3 años de experiência en áreas de ensamble, preferible en líneas automatizadas.
- Habilidades / experiência en Manejo de Personal preferible.
- Experiência en Mantenimiento preferible.

Habilidades:

- Dominio de métodos de medición complicados.
- Habilidad para llevar a cabo multitareas y solución de problemas
- Soldadura electrónica, preferible.
- Habilidad en el manejo de personal.
- Bilingüe Español / Ingles, preferible.

Educación/Certificaciones:

- Titulación técnica en mecatrónica, electromecánica, electrónica, etc.
- Certificación en Herramientas de Medición, preferible.
