**Objective**

This position will support: Compliance with the plan for shipment, preparation and loading/unloading of interplant material. Develop an optimal level of competence of your work team for the fulfillment of their functions aligned with the plant's objectives.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Compliance with the plan for shipment, preparation and loading/unloading of interplant material.
- Operation control (control reception).
- Administrative functions (control of transfers, capture of orders and assignment of goods to suppliers and customers).
- Loading and unloading of shipments.
- Supervisor of 27 operational personnel.
- Warehouse Management Management: 5s
- Ensure the reliability of inventories by performing cyclical and monthly counts.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineer or related careers.
- At least 1 years of experience in a similar position.
- SAP management (desirable), Excel (Basic).
- Personnel Management (essential).
- Skills: Organization and proactive, Active listening, Communication, Customer orientation, Interpersonal skills.
- Optional English.
