**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Leads a project team in delivering a solution to the customer using the appropriate business measurements and terms and conditions for the project according to the project charter, project agreement or contract
- Manages all project resources, including subcontractors, and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and the client
- Provides day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
- Communicate complex issues to stakeholders with recommendations on the path forward
- Utilize PM profession skills to enhance the level of service and quality of deliverables

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Joint Verification / Service Desk
- Exhibit project leadership in a shared services resource environment
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work
- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- 8 years' experience as a PM

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- Cloud Certifications

Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
