**About The Role**

As **Impactful Brand Experience (Digital MKT & Communication) Manager **in **Mexico** you will lead of the whole media communication process (online and offline) for the brand working to obtain the best partnerships with agencies to deliver efficient and effective communication plans and executions

**What You Will Do**
- Coordinate the communication process
- Lead productive agency partnerships to excel on communication plans based on insightful strategies and creative excellence
- Ensure the plans and deployment respond to an integrated/omnichannel & people centric approach
- Contributes to the setting of the right measurement framework and important metrics setting and responsible for the implementation of the measurement
- Ensures on the optimization of campaigns once implemented to ensure critical metrics are met
- Financial control and budget efficiency
- Responsible for all media vendors and agency negotiations
- Build and deliver budget information and reports to Finance
- Lead digital approach through all the company
- In charge, along with the other IBE members of local learning agenda to upskill the digital capabilities of the extended marketing team

**What You Need (Required Qualifications)**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or related
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing and communication
- Digital transformation mentality
- Integrated Marketing Communication skills
- Experience managing people and experience within the industry highly preferred
- Advanced English Level
