OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO Otorgar el servicio de mediciones y análisis de partes solicitadas dentro de la empresa utilizando las herramientas adecuadas basándose en el sistema de calidad establecido por Tenneco para garantizar que los componentes, equipos de medición y prueba cumplan los requisitos definidos por los clientes. III. PERFIL DEL PUESTO NIVEL DE ESCOLARIDAD: Ingeniería mecánica, industrial, electrónica o mecatrónica, o afín. IDIOMA: Inglés EXPERIENCIA: Deseable 5 años más de ingeniería en Metrología o dimensional (externa). EXPERIENCIA QUE SUSTITUYE NIVEL DE ESCOLARIDAD: 1 año como técnico de calidad COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS:Experto en metrología 3D, métodos de inspección basados en modelos y escaneo con luz estructurada, láser, brazo de medición.Experiência en la realización de estudios dimensionales utilizando datos de escaneo 3D y pos-procesamiento e interpretación de datos de medición de puntos utilizando PCDMIS o similarLectura, interpretación y aplicación de dimensiones geométricas y tolerancia expertas según la norma ASME Y14.5 GD&T, ISO 14405-1:2016Habilidades en la aplicación de la definición basada en modelos, interpretación y gestión de diseños utilizando metodologías y estándares de Definición Digital de Producto bajo la norma ASME Y14.41.Alto conocimiento de las normas internacionales de metrología (incluidas ISO 10012, 17025, etc.)MSA entrenado / experiência.
