**How you will contribute**

You will perform a range of analyses, prepare and maintain standard equipment and chemicals required for running of an analytical laboratory, support laboratory activities while ensuring compliance to the appropriate internal and external standards, and capture and report data with technical rigor and accuracy. To succeed in this role, you will maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment and be proficient in generic and specific software packages.

- Análisis físico-químicos de laboratorio
- Gestión CCPS puntos críticos de control
- Gestión del cumplimiento a programas microbiológico con proveedor externo
- Control e inventario de manejo de químicos
- Gestión de muestras de retención
- Análisis de vida en el anaquel
- Conicimientos intermedio - avanzando en HACCP, estadístico, normas oficiales mexicanas y GMPs (buenas prácticas de manufactura y laboratorio)

**Educación / Certificaciones**:

- Ing. Químico, Industrial o afín.

**Requerimientos específicos del puesto**:

- Mínimo 2 años de experiência
- Inglés básico

**Horario de Trabajo**:

- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (mañana, tarde y noche)
