Dematic/KION is looking for an **SAP TMS Specialist **responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of the SAP Systems.

Dematic/KION is looking for an **SAP TMS Specialist **responsible for managing the configuration changes, and enhancements of the SAP Systems.
**Responsibilities**
To be successful in this role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:
- Knowledge and experience of intercompany processes in SAP.
- Design and implement core functionalities of SAP TM - OTR, DTR Processes, Selection Planning, Scheduling, Freight Execution, Carrier Selection, Tendering, etc.
- Facilitates the gathering of requirements, designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Transportation Management to enhance the business functionality and performance.
- Configure the SAP system in the areas of TM /EWM to meet the requirements collected during blueprinting work sessions.
- Engage with Key Users and Business partners to identify and validate requirements and translate to solution design.
- Analyzes and develops functional specifications and communicates to technical developers to develop the required solutions.
- Monitor Risks / Issues and prepare appropriate mitigation plans.
- Ensure best practices are followed and required processes and specifications are documented.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar field.
- 5+ years of Functional experience in SAP Transportation Management with min 2 end to end implementations on S/4 HANA.
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP TM Master Data including Business Partner, Dangerous Goods transportation network such as Locations, Routes, Zones and resources vehicles, Trailers, HU etc
- Hands on experience in OTR (order based) & DTR (delivery based) processes, including Selection, Planning profiles, Condition's optimizer planning and scheduling, Freight Execution Carrier selection, Tendering and cost distribution.
- Experience in SAP TM Charge Management includes Rate Tables, Scales, Calculation Sheets, Freight Agreements.
- Experience integrating SAP TM with other areas such as SAP EWM, Freight Collaboration, SAP LBN, Project 44, and other third-party software such as PC Miler, SMC3 etc.
Desired SAP LBN hands on experience especially Dock Appointment Scheduling.
- Understanding the integration with various SAP modules like EWM, MM.
- Prepare instruction manuals and training material for end user training.
- Experience preparing data migration templates.
- Experience in data extracting, cleansing, and uploading the data.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools (JIRA), preparing and presenting appropriate status reports.
- Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2).
- Resume/CV must be submitted in English.
Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally
