**What you will do**:
- Implementation of a full cycle of search for specialists in various fields (QA/Fullstack instructors and non-IT roles) in the LatAm market;
- Market analysis, search for new selection methods;
- Reporting on the closure of vacancies and maintaining documentation on search processes.
**This job will definitely suit you if**:
- You have at least 1 year of experience as a recruiter/HR;
- You understand the basic recruitment processes;
- You are able to use various search channels effectively;
- Your English and Spanish are Upper Intermediate (B2) and higher;
- You have a high level of self-organization, independence and responsibility.
