**Summary**

Provide transportation operations support through the execution of shipment consolidation, carrier / mode selection, tender, track / trace and issue resolution.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor System for new order activity
- Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments
- Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment)
- Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments
- Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal
- Track /trace existing orders through delivery
- Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I, SNP, DC’s, Plants)
- Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method
- Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement, (ie; tender acceptance %, On-time Arrival / Delivery)
- **. Coordination with International suppliers (SS lines, customs brokers, Freight forwarders, transportation carriers).**

What do you need?
- Advanced English
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics (air, ocean, inland, rail shipments)
- Excel/ Google Sheets knowledge (dinamic tables, macros)
- Bachelor´s Degree
- Microsfot power bi, domo, tableu y data studio (nive to have)
