**About the Role**
**You will**:
- Create and execute a robust video strategy from content ideation to production to syndication.
- Produce our flagship podcast program and support adjacent podcasts we produce throughout Marketing.
- Work with partner and stakeholder teams to support their video production needs, synergize their requests with Marketing and corporate-wide priorities, and manage syndication to support awareness and demand goals.
- Manage an in-house design team and create a process to leverage contract (or agency) designers for special requests and/or heavy workloads.
- Act as a brand steward for design, overseeing design and style guide updates and communicating those to the company.
- Track success metrics around video adoption-from brand, audience, and demand impact perspectives.
**You have**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of multimedia production experience, preferably in a B2B tech context and in a fast-paced startup.
- Understanding of video publishing requirements and outlets/publishers.
- Ability to draft company-wide video guidelines-and train other video producers against those guidelines.
- Understanding of effective content structures and storytelling frameworks.
- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset.
- People, team, and/or agency management experience.
