Job Description: Junior Fashion Designer
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and passionate Junior Fashion Designer to join our team. You will work closely with our senior design team to assist in the conceptualization, development, and execution of new prints and collections using Adobe

**Responsibilities**:
1. Collaborate with senior designers to brainstorm and develop new fashion concepts, sketches, and design ideas. Support the team in creating mood boards, color palettes, and fabric selection for various collections.

2. Develop original print designs, patterns, and graphics for sublimation and digital printing.
Prepare print-ready files for sublimation and digital printing processes. Follow up with vendors and manufacturers to oversee the production process and troubleshoot any print-related issues that may arise. Maintain an organized library of print designs, color references, and technical specifications.

3. Assist in coordinating and monitoring the sample development process. Collaborate with patternmakers, sample makers, and seamstresses to ensure the accurate interpretation of designs. Participate in fittings to evaluate the fit, proportions, and overall aesthetic of the garments.

4. Work closely with the team to identify and source suitable fabrics, trims, and embellishments for production. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

5. Assist in creating visually compelling presentations, lookbooks, and line sheets to showcase new collections. Maintain accurate documentation of design files, sketches, and sample records.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design or a related field. Prior experience through internships or entry-level positions in the fashion industry is a plus.
2. Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in sketching, illustration, and the use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Knowledge in
After Effects and Clo3D are a plus.

3. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
4. Fashion knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of fashion trends, industry developments, and emerging designers. Familiarity with different garment construction techniques, fabrics, and trims.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

6. Passion and adaptability: Genuine passion for fashion, creativity, and a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving industry trends and demands.

**Salary**: $8,000.00 per month
